Welcome to VISUELI. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional photography and videography services that capture your most special moments. To ensure smooth operations and the best experience for all my clients, please read and adhere to the following policies:
Booking and Deposit
- Booking Notice: All bookings must be made at least one week (7 days) in advance.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellation Notice: Cancellations must be made at least two days (48 hours) in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session without penalty if done at least two days (48 hours) in advance. Rescheduling within the 48-hour window will be treated as a new booking, requiring a new deposit.
Session Timeliness
- Late Arrivals: Punctuality is crucial. If you are late by 15-20 minutes, additional fees will apply. These fees will be calculated based on the duration of the delay and the impact on our schedule.
- Preparedness: Please arrive prepared for your session. This includes having outfits, props, and any other necessary items ready. Being unprepared may result in a shortened session or additional charges.
Equipment and Lighting
- Cinema Camera: I use high-end cinema cameras for all our shoots, which are optimized for continuous lighting. Please note that traditional camera flashes are incompatible with my equipment. I will provide appropriate continuous lighting in studio sessions to ensure the best quality images and videos.
